Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 22, 2026

Torque Talent Group LLC ("Torque," "we," "us") provides manufacturing recruiting and search services. This policy covers our website, its inquiry forms and related communications.

Information we collect and use

Depending on your inquiry, you may provide contact and location details, company and job title, hiring needs, search interests, professional background, messages, résumés and email attachments. The Candidate recruiting-interest form also records your agreement to recruiting contact and, if you choose it, your separate interest in potential opportunities with Torque Talent Group. We use this information to respond, discuss recruiting services and consider suitable opportunities. We may retain relevant professional information and contact you about suitable future roles, subject to your choices and applicable law.

Forms also include the page from which you send an inquiry and whether it is an Employer, General or Candidate inquiry. We use this context to understand and handle your inquiry.

Please provide only relevant information. Avoid government identification numbers, financial account details, medical records and unnecessary sensitive information. Share another person's private information only if you have authority to do so.

Sharing and website services

For recruiting introductions, we share identifiable candidate information with a client only after you agree to be considered for that specific opportunity. Sending an inquiry or selecting a form's privacy checkbox does not provide that agreement.

We use Webflow for hosting and inquiry forms, and Microsoft 365 and Outlook for business email. These providers process the information needed to deliver those services. We use Webflow to store Candidate résumé uploads and business email to receive inquiry notifications. We use Webflow’s restricted-file setting so access to an uploaded résumé requires a signed-in Webflow account authorized to view the relevant submissions.

Website security and content-delivery providers receive technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device details, resource requests and timestamps. Cloudflare Turnstile uses browser and connection signals to detect bots; Webflow's spam filtering can examine submitted form data. These checks protect the site and are not recruiting assessments.

Fonts and page resources load through Google Fonts, Google Hosted Libraries, UNPKG, Amazon CloudFront and Webflow's infrastructure. Google says its Hosted Libraries service uses cookies when needed for security and abuse prevention and logs requests for performance and troubleshooting.

Providers may involve authorized personnel and supporting providers, and may process technical or operational information for their own purposes under applicable terms. Processing may occur in the United States and other countries. See Webflow's privacy policy, Microsoft's privacy statement and Cloudflare's Turnstile notice. These notices supplement this policy; contact Torque about information you provide to us.

We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process. Other websites you choose to visit have their own privacy practices.

Contact choices

In an existing professional relationship, we may send occasional personalized check-ins, including seasonal greetings, subject to your choices.

To stop optional recruiting, promotional or relationship-check-in emails, reply to a message or use the privacy address below. We may still send necessary correspondence about your request, services you ask us to continue or legal obligations—not renewed optional outreach. Keeping a record does not override your contact choices. Requesting deletion is a separate step.

Retention

Retention depends on the purpose and continuing need, rather than one deadline for all records. For correspondence, contact details, professional information and uploaded résumés, we consider your inquiry or agreed services, the relationship, continued recruiting relevance, your choices and legal or dispute-related requirements. Page and campaign context is retained according to its continued usefulness for understanding inquiries and comparing promotions.

We review continued need and eligible deletion. Records retained solely for legal obligations or disputes are limited to those purposes. We keep limited privacy-request and contact-preference records to handle requests and honor restrictions. Providers' technical records are subject to their own stated purposes and retention practices.

Privacy requests

Email privacy@torquetalentgroup.com to ask about your information or request access, correction, deletion or an end to recruiting contact. Describe your request and the contact details you used with us. Do not send identification documents unless we request them.

We may request information reasonably needed to verify identity before providing access, correcting records or deleting information. A credible request to stop optional contact does not need to wait for that verification. Requests are assessed under applicable law and exceptions; any additional rights provided by law remain available.

Deletion review includes relevant website records, uploaded files, email, local caches and downloaded attachments. Removing information from active use does not immediately erase every recoverable or backup copy. We may retain information needed to meet legal obligations or honor contact restrictions.

Safeguards and updates

Torque's access rules limit information to authorized personnel with a business need and require multi-factor authentication for the receiving email account and Webflow accounts with access to inquiry records. No system can guarantee complete security.

We will post policy changes here and update the effective date, with additional notice or consent when required by law. For questions, use privacy@torquetalentgroup.com.
